You get the shortlist.
Tell us what you’re looking for. We configure your personal Scout around your experience and goals, and relevant roles arrive by email—each with a reason it fits and a direct link to the listing.
$20/month. A clear place to start.
Membership is billed monthly until canceled. Join and sign in, then choose LinkedIn Quick Start or the in-depth brief. Your first search report arrives by the end of the next business day (Eastern), once we have your accessible profile and preferences, or your complete brief and resume. Business days are Monday–Friday.

Quick Start uses your LinkedIn profile and a few preferences; no resume is needed to start. The member-only in-depth brief captures your goals, preferences and resume, and is useful for career changes or a more specific search.
02 · CONFIGURATION
We configure your Scout
AI supports configuration around your experience, goals and preferences. Our team spot-checks search quality and makes adjustments when needed.
03 · SEARCH
Scout searches for you
Searches run during business hours, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, following your search preferences. Sources depend on publicly accessible listings and availability.
04 · DELIVERY
A shortlist in your inbox
Email updates run during business hours, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, following your delivery preferences. New matches are combined into a digest rather than sent one by one. No new matches means no routine digest; your first report and occasional search updates are exceptions.
Reply and refine
Tell Scout what to change: “too senior,” “a higher pay floor,” or “more like this one.” Your feedback helps refine future searches. Members can update their brief or request help through Your Scout.
More than matching—included in your membership
Resume refinement: help improving your resume using the experience and qualifications you provide.
Optional Apply Assist: help with applications you authorize. You approve the applications and may need to complete verification yourself. Never send job-site passwords.
Interview preparation: coordinated by email through the member portal. Voice practice sessions are subject to availability.
The honest part
There is no fixed match quota and no guarantee of interviews or offers. Relevant opportunities vary, and listings can change or close. If nothing suitable is available for your first report, we’ll send a search update.
