Before you start
When will my first report arrive?
By the end of the next business day (Eastern), once we have an accessible LinkedIn profile and preferences, or a complete brief and resume. Business days are Monday–Friday. We’ll contact you if information is missing.
How often will Scout search and email me?
Searches and email updates run during business hours, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time. Your Scout follows your search and delivery preferences. New matches are combined into a digest rather than sent one by one. No new matches means no routine digest; first reports and occasional search updates are exceptions.
Do I need a resume?
No resume is needed for LinkedIn Quick Start. The detailed brief requires one and is useful for career changes or more specific goals.
How much does membership cost?
ScoutAgent is live at $20/month, billed monthly until canceled. Any valid promotion is applied at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Manage your membership in your account. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; paid access continues through the current billing period. See the Terms.
Are jobs or interviews guaranteed?
No. Available roles depend on your criteria and publicly accessible listings. We do not guarantee a number of matches, interviews or offers.
