I built ScoutAgent because I know what a serious search actually costs.
I’m a business operations leader with more than 10 years across private-sector and nonprofit work. I’ve lived the version of job hunting that happens after hours — scanning boards, second-guessing fit, and watching good roles drown in noise. Generic alerts weren’t enough. I wanted a scout in my corner: configured around real goals and a real resume, delivering roles worth opening, by email, without handing over job-site passwords or giving up control.
